Bounce, roll, dance, and learn rhythm skating moves to take to the rink! Music appreciation and style needed. Community inclusive class with a low pressure vibe. Sk8 for YOU! Teens and Adults age 14+

Quad skate fun fitness: learn the basics of how to rollerskate, balance, stride, glide, stop, and skate backwards! Learn empowerment and confidence building in a low-stress setting. Full body workout designed with games and skills for any style of skating. Ages 7-17
8 Week session~1 hour one day a week~
Intro to Quads in the Sk8park
Explore Cape Cod skate parks and learn to feel comfortable on quads there. Sessions will explore the basics of pumping in a half pipe, beginner stalls and dropping in techniques. Remember the concrete jungle has one rule Gravity always wins. Ages 7-70
By appointment/one hour session $40
Intro to Trail & Street Sk8ing
Learn basic quad skating outside. Get comfortable on uneven terrain and avoid the dangers of the streets, cyclists and obstacles on the trails.
$25 (30 min) beginner session (then you gotta just Sk8:))
